We are seeking an energetic, customerfocused, and detailoriented Company Store Attendant to support the

daily operations of the Newell Brands Employee Store. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service,

manage merchandise, maintain store presentation standards, and assist employees and visitors with product

selection and purchases. You will play a key role in delivering a positive shopping experience while supporting

company brand standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet employees and visitors, providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service
  • Assist customers with product questions, availability, sizing, and special requests
  • Operate the pointofsale (POS) system, accurately process transactions, and follow cashhandling procedures.
  • Stock shelves, receive merchandise, and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Perform routine inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
  • Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to merchandising standards
  • Set up promotional displays and signage as directed
  • Support online or internal order fulfillment and distribution activities
  • Assist with storerelated events, new product rollouts, or company programs
  • Report safety concerns or operational issues in accordance with company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Previous customer service or retail experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong team player with effective communication skills.
  • Forklift experience preferred.
