Pay Range: $49-58.50 per hour (plus shift premium if applicable)

Shift: 2-2-3 Rotating Days (6AM-6PM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician 4 to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a focus on safety, strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the facility.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Other items as directed by management

Level 4 Skills include:

• Ability to lead electrical training and shop huddles
• Strong safety and continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to troubleshoot electronics and controls
• Advanced PLC, SCADA, Robotics, and HMI knowledge
• Servo drive controls setup
• Utilizing vibration, ultrasound, and thermography technologies
• Rigging certification and overhead crane operation

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking basic English.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoor and indoor settings.
