Pay Range: $34-41 (plus shift premium if applicable)

Shift: 2-2-3 Rotating Nights (6PM-6AM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Process Technician 3 to join our team.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for starting, operating, and adjusting manufacturing machinery and equipment.  This role requires a focus on safety, an understanding of quality, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Use technician computer to monitor and record machine statuses as well as maintain daily records of maintenance or other projects preformed.
• Diagnose faults, malfunctions, and mechanical problems and determine how to correct them by checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs.
• Calibrate or adjust machinery or equipment to ensure quality production.
• Test, troubleshoot and adjust manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Other items as directed by management.

Level 3 Skills include:

• Advanced multimeter usages (voltage, resistance checks).
• Troubleshoot limit/gate switches.
• Hot Stamp and auxiliary equipment setup.
• Pneumatic conveyance troubleshooting.
• De-energized electrical troubleshooting.
• Heating and cooling P & ID.
• Rigging fundamentals, overhead crane operation.
• Nitrogen troubleshooting.
• Flow control troubleshooting.
• Measuring machine pressures, injection molding theory of operations.
• Mold gas venting.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Forklift, cranes and other industrial vehicles experience preferred.
• 2 or more years of mechanical or technical experience preferred.
• Must be able to use hand tools ranging from common hand and power tools to fabrication tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking basic English.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoor and indoor settings.
