General Responsibility:

Performs Daily Administrative and Inventory control duties under the direction of the Tool Crib Supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Perform Tool Crib Attendant duties.
• Implement/perform inventory control procedures and cycle count program.
• Monitor Min/Max quantities of inventory and make adjustments based on historical data.
• Place orders for maintenance parts, supplies and contract work; includes obtaining prices, scheduling deliveries and writing purchase orders.
• Actively maintain MicroMain activities for parts and work orders associated for all machines.
• Schedule and document work orders for repairs on machines.
• Schedule and document work orders for PM/TPM on machines.
• Perform job kitting parts for PM/TPM on machines.
• Audit post PM/TPM on machines.
• Maintain all files and assure system is in compliance.
• Establish solid relationship with purchasing department.
• Run/post Inventory accuracy and metrics reports.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Associates degree or related technical training preferred.
• Ability to reason, make decisions, and use independent judgment in various situations.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively, both in oral and written form, among different levels of the organization.
• Must be organized, a team player and be committed to quality systems.
• Must be able to handle multiple-projects at a time, self motivated and pro-active.
• Must have knowledge of MS Office applications.
