Your Role in a Nutshell  

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Distribution & Transportation Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations and transportation logistics. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring efficient product flow, accurate stock management, and exceptional service delivery. 

We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses. 

 Our portfolio of products is very diverse - from stationery to small household appliances. You might have heard of some of our brands like ParkerWatermanYankee CandleNUK, or Crockpot.   

 Your Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate daily warehouse operations and transportation logistics, 

  • Act as a liaison between Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and carriers, 

  • Ensure accurate stock management and smooth product flow, 

  • Support shipment planning, claims handling, and crossborder documentation, 

  • Support workload planning by coordinating daily order scheduling (PO, STO, CO) and preparing for peak seasons and special events, 

  • Address operational issues on an ad-hoc basis in alignment with Supervisor decisions, 

  • Investigate and respond to transportation-related claims, ensuring proper documentation and communication with carriers and Customer Service. 

 

What You’ll Need: 

Minimum: 

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 

  • Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement 

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment 

  • Fluent in English 
     

Your Advantage: 

  • Experience in logistics/distribution/transportation coordination  

  • familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, PKMS)
