Job Summary:

The e-Commerce Operational Success Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution and continuous optimization of Newell Brands’ ecommerce operations in Mexico. This role focuses on refining end-to-end ecommerce processes and driving operational success across all digital channels.

By bridging cross-functional operations with executional excellence, the role ensures that ecommerce processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with commercial objectives—driving sustainable growth and high performance.


Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimization & Operational Excellence

  • Design, implement, and standardize scalable operational processes that support order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and ecommerce efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational friction and enhance cross-functional coordination.
  • Ensure consistent execution across supply chain, customer service, finance, and marketing teams.

Operational Success Leadership

  • Lead strategies that elevate executional standards and drive end-to-end accountability across ecommerce operations.
  • Monitor key operational metrics such as order accuracy, cycle time, return rates, and fulfillment performance.
  • Act as the operational lead for ecommerce Mexico, ensuring that processes deliver both commercial and service objectives.

Performance Monitoring & Insights

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fill rate, inventory availability, order delivery times, and returns.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to continuously enhance operational performance and reduce inefficiencies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with demand planning, supply chain, customer service, commercial, and marketing teams to ensure operational alignment across the ecommerce value chain.
  • Support joint business planning with key ecommerce partners by ensuring excellence in process execution and operational delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, process management, or commercial performance roles.
  • Proven ability to scale operational processes in a digital commerce environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in managing KPIs and driving operational improvements.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency required for regional coordination.

  • Operational KPIs (e.g. fill rate, order cycle time, availability, return rate)
  • Efficiency of ecommerce fulfillment and process execution
